Observation

3 outlets in the dining room with TR (tamper-resistant) covers in the open position. Check all covers in the licensed space. Is not longer functional need to be replaced with new covers. The window blinds in the kitchen above the sink and on the window next to the front entrance door have inner cords that pose as a strangulation hazard.
